The easiest way to improve fuel mileage like you said is not to have heavy foot but ALSO to drive your vehicle with the fuel monitoring gauge/ I drive a 5.7 1500 and get over 20mpg/ there’s no reason a 2 seater muscle car should not get at least 20mpg

ABS light on due to module being faulty.. cant get replacement ABS module for year and a half!!! so really glad we can disable ABS.. we dont race it.. and we put it up for the winter.. so kind of a pointless feature for us..

95 octane in Sweden

I’m here after starting my 2013 RT journey 2 months ago. Done full body alignment, re spray pitch black, new chrome badges, custom red leather seats, mid muffler delete, Quad tips, 275’s on stock rims. It looks awesome. Now I’m looking at that V8… it’s only done 50k miles. Thanks for the vid, it’s great and I appreciate your logical analysis. I’m looking at CAM, Cold Intake, Short Header keep CATS, Diablo Tune and then I will realize I need the Exh system 😂 I bought the RT as I never want en electric car or any of the over complex new ICE cars. With the Challenger you can still buy all the new spares online and great UA-camrs like you who can put so much info online to support and convince guys like me to just do it. Thank Bro 👍

I’ve been using 87 in my dodge charger hemi definitely changing to 89 now thanks and hope the 87 hasn’t hurt my hemi none definitely putting 89 in it today

I used to have a friend that managed a 7/11 and he always told me to never by mid-grade because nobody buys mid-grade and it just sits in the tank at the store. I've put exactly one tank of 89 octane in my 2020 R/T since purchasing it in March of this year. Every tank since that first one has been 91 octane, 100% gas. Always from the same station. I would try the 89 more, if they offered it in 100%, but they don't. I'm all about real gas over that gummy ethanol. Yeah, the 91 / 100% is more expensive, but I didn't buy this car to save a few bucks per tank of fuel.

What rim and tire size do you recommend to get , when switching out the stocked ones they come with ? I just got my new scat pack challenger and am looking to upgrade the tires, but want to make sure I’m doing it right

Appreciate the "incite" as to what to modify, i just recently bought a used cherry red/black trim SXT Plus w/ deleted mufflers and its loud. But looking to change up the interior with some lights, also i have a hood with 2 gill vents in the front but with a black wrap hood ; )

Can't find a shop in my area to put the 27545/20 on a 8" wheel. They'll do a 265/45 but not the 275....hmmmm

I have replaced 4 factory rims for the exact same crack on my '16 5.7 RT. It blew my mind after 4 cracks, but seems to be common issue. Factory rims go for about $1500 a piece. I have 6 sitting in my basement. i replaced them with some Hellcat replicas for around 600 a set. This was weirdly a much better replacement with far better durability.

There’s way more to tires than most people know. Simply upgrading may not change anything . you have to look at the tread rating, heat rating, and traction rating. Those make all the difference.

The higher the octane is better for higher combustion engines. If your compression is high like a high hp vehicle or super charged/ turbo vehicle usually have higher compression. Use what the manual says. If you drive a honda accord and run premium your wasting your $. You can actually hurt your motor if you run high octane in a low compression vehicle.
